Appearance: Sara is short, standing at 5'2", she tends to fade into the background and no one is sure whether or not this is on purpose. Sara is actually under-weight, unhealthily so but this is only because she just doesn't feel hungry a lot of the time. Not because she's starving herself. Sara is fairly well off in the way of curves, though she's never noticed it much. Honestly, Sara is unlikely to note anything about herself.
Her long hair is sandy blonde in color, and swings in naturally soft locks about her face. Towards the top of her head, right to her ears, the hair starts off straight, slowly going into waves by the time it's at her ears, from there, it trails down into curls at the very end at her shoulder blades. Cornflower blue eyes blink out from beneath thick lashes and delicately arched eyebrows. Delicate facial features and an open smile. High-set cheek-bones and a pert nose, her features are very soft, and open, though her eyes seem to sparkle with intelligence.
Personality: Sara is amazingly smart, off-the-charts smart. Her intelligence makes her logical and able to examine and work out complex problems in minimal time. Never has there been a problem she can't solve. However, armed with this intelligence, her social skills are seriously lacking, she just doesn't know how to talk to people and she seems almost frightened of them. Underneath it all is a sweet affectionate girl that carries a heavy burden. Loneliness is clear in her face as the poor thing has never had any friends. She's very shy and tends to draw back from people unless asked for advice which she's happy to give.
History: Sara was born on the Island of Quent. When her parents discovered how intelligent she was, they fostered her Kiana and Juren on Jubella Island with the idea that her foster family would apprentice her as a Starsmith, as they are both Starsmiths. Sara was fostered at Star Sight Hold and grew up there. She was apprenticed but was well-loved by her foster family, who encouraged her intelligence by teaching her as much as possible.
She was amazed when she was Searched, and she is doing her best to continue her Craft at the Weyr. Kiana and Juran are very excited for Sara and love her dearly. For now, she is at the Weyr, simply doing her best.

Age: About 1.5 (Hatched in Turn 16, before the New Hope Clutch)
Appearance: Massive for a brown, his size and build rivals that of bronzes. Most of his length is due to his long, winding, whip-like tail, which will be excellent for gripping onto his bonded’s arm. He is sturdy and built low to the ground, although he does have the capability of moving quite quickly. His hide is made up of three different hues of brown, getting progressively lighter as the shades reach the edges of his wing sails, tail, and arms.
Personality: Klah is level-headed and a workhorse. Always dependable to deliver a message, this variegated fire lizard comes in handy when performing Weyr chores. He is always eager and willing to help out not only his bonded but any other fire lizards in his fair. A personality quirk is that he has a strange obsession with sand, and loves nothing more than to roll about in the grainy substance.
